Please check the following simple solutions to common issues first, before filling out this form:
-Purchased a course but can’t see it in your Michel Thomas Library app? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
-No longer able to listen to your course on our legacy iPhone app? Send us a screenshot of your course or iTunes receipt and we can migrate you to our Michel Thomas Library app.
-Got a question about CDs? All of the courses on our website are 100% digital – we no longer produce physical CDs and booklets. You may be able to purchase a CD from a third party online retailer.
-Finished your course and don’t know how to buy the next one? Select ‘LANGUAGES’ at the top left of the website – click on the language you want, then you will see an ordered list of all of the levels available for that language (hit the buy button to purchase). You can’t make a purchase in the app.
-Want a refund or bought the wrong course? We can issue a refund or exchange any course within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not already completed the course. We’ll need to process this for you – let us know the email address you used to make your purchase.
